DAVE FAHY Carricknatha, Kilmoganny was laid to rest in Kilmoganny cemetery on Saturday 24th June. He died in his home surrounded by his loving family.  He had suffered from a serious illness during the final year plus of his life resulting in periods of hospitalization. Nevertheless Dave was optimistic and good spirited until the end. Prayers were recited in his home on the Friday evening lead by Rev. Nicholas Flavin and on Saturday morning before the removal to St. Eoghan’s Church, Kilmoganny for the mass of Christian burial. His remains were received by Rev. Nicholas Flavin P. P. The Scripture readings and prayers of the faithful were read by family members. The offertory gifts and symbols of his life were presented by family members and these symbolized his love of gardening, his work in the fire-brigade and in security and his devotion to his family. He is survived by his wife Judy and children Hannah, Luke and Conor, grandchildren, brother Des and sister Claire, many relatives and friends. May he rest in peace.
