Dunna Dash - This years Dunna Dash 5km family fun run and walk in aid of St.Leonard's National School will take place on Sunday 1st March at 12:30. Registration will be open from 11:30am in the school. This year we have added in a Kiddies 1km Dash for all those from 3rd class down . This will start at 12:15pm and all children will receive a medal on the day for taking part.

Bridge is held every Wednesday night at 7.20pm sharp in St Eoghan's Centre, Kilmoganny. Visitors and new members are always welcome.


Kells Handball Club Report to February 23rd 2020 In the 40 x 20 2nd Level Colleges Championships Kells Handball Club players, John Hayes/Cathal Buckley representing St. Kieran’s College, Kilkenny lost out in the All Ireland semi final to Niall Magee/Matthew Smith (Cavan). Congratulations on reaching this stage of the competition. In the Adult County 40 x 20 championships in Junior B Singles Harry Delaney (Kells) defeated David Broderick (O’Loughlins) and James Love (Clogh), Dominic Roche (Glenmore) defeated Stephen Doheny (Kells), Jimmy Byrne (O’Loughlins) defeated Conor Murphy (Kells) and Robert Dowling (Mothel) defeated Cillian Lawrence (Kells).


Free Book Shop open in Kilmoganny Centre on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 10.30am to 12.30.Take one-leave one. Everybody welcome.Tea/Coffee/Chat. Reading Knitting,Art /Crafts,Poetry.etc. Anything goes, just come along.



Dunnamaggin Parish Development Group: An Art Group takes place every Tuesday evening in the Old School Dunnamaggin from 7.00 - 9.30pm. All levels of experience or none are welcome as the purpose of the group is to come together to share techniques and knowledge of painting on canvas. Relay for Life Kilkenny takes place again this year on July 18th & 19th in the Rugby Club Kilkenny in association with the Irish Cancer Society. We invite you to join us on Thursday 27th February at Bollard's Bar Kilkenny at 8pm to register your Team or even come along and find out what it's all about.
