10,000 stars are on display in macdonagh Junction kilkenny. The launch of the 10,000 stars symbolises light, hope and solidarity with people who are victims and survivors of domestic violence. The first exhibition of stars was held at the mill in Kells. The exhibition includes stars made by families from Kells, Kilmoganny (St Joseph's home), Callan, Dunmaggin, Stoneyford, Thomastown, Kilkenny, Knocktopher and communities and families from all over Ireland. Well done to all involved. An amazing achievement, 10,000 stars (some of which were made from recycled 2018 Kells calendars).
